RETURN'S & EXCHANGE'S
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return items bought online within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. Items must be returned unused (unworn, unaltered) with the original packaging, free of damage and postal labels.
Returned goods can be exchanged or refunded (this does not include original delivery costs).
You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us but we do offer a label purchase service for your return, deducted from your refund total. Please allow 14 business days from the time you post your order for your return or exchange to be processed.

If choosing to send using your own label we strongly recommend using a tracked, insured and signed for service.
Important information for International customers using your own label. Please mark returned packages “Returned Items”, this should be written on the customs note and package. Horatio will incur import charges and taxes if this is not written on the package and customs form. Failure to write this will mean the amount deducted from your refund and your return will take longer to process.
EXCHANGES
For UK exchanges we waive the cost of the sending the replacement out to you.
For international returns we will need to recharge you for shipping to you, and your exchange will be shipped DDU (you will be responsible for duties and taxes when it arrives back in your country).
SALE ITEMS
Sale goods may be returned for a refund only within the 7 day ‘cooling off period’ from the date of your order. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any Sale items unless proven faulty after this period, sale items can be then only exchanged like for like or for store credit. Please contact us for further information.
INSTORE RETURNS
Unfortunately we are unable to accept refunds for any items bought instore. You may return items bought instore for a credit note or exchange.
