If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return items bought online within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. Items must be returned unused (unworn, unaltered) with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels.

Returned goods can be exchanged or refunded (this does not include original delivery costs). You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. We advise that you send the parcel fully insured to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are strongly packaged. Please allow 14-21 business days from the time you post your order for your return or exchange to be processed.


  1. Send an email to notifying us of your return including your full name and order number as it appears on your order email confirmation or delivery note.
  2. Upon receiving your email we will provide you with a returns code and the address to send the return to.
  3. Package your return securely with a returns note and insure to the full value of the contents and use a tracked shipping method.
  4. Send your return to the return address provided.


To make an exchange follow the return steps above. When emailing us clearly state what style, size and colour you would like as your exchange. This way we can hold your requested item until your return arrives. We send out all domestic exchanges free of charge.


Important information for International customers. Please mark returned packages “Returned Items”, this should be written on the customs note and package. Horatio will incur import charges and taxes if this is not written on the package and customs form. Failure to write this and your return will take longer to process.


Sale goods may be returned for a refund only within the 7 day ‘cooling off period’ from the date of your order. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any Sale items unless proven faulty after this period, sale items can be then only exchanged like for like or for store credit.
