Retail & eCommerce Assistant – Part Time

We are looking for a part-time retail & eCommerce assistant to help fuel our retail and eCommerce growth - contractually committed to two days per week with the aim of more days in busier periods of the year.

Key Duties / Responsibilities:

Your duties will include, but are not limited to;

• Being a key-holder
• Being solely responsible for the shop floor on the days you are working – managing all sales and customer interactions ensuring luxury customer experience and service
• Ensuring the shop floor is always up to brand standard – fully stocked, presentable and cleaned
• Learning about and communicating all aspects of the Horatio brand from manufacturing to brand history
• Picking, packing and shipping online orders
• Processing returns and issuing refunds
• Sorting and managing and unloading bulk deliveries
• Conducting stock counts and quality control checks
• Liaising with our customer service team and dealing with customers directly on our CRM about any issues that might arise
• Ensuring the brand is represented each day in the best way on the shop floor

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience
• Available to work Saturdays
• Experience with Shopify / similar PoS is a plus
• A strong interest in the fashion industry & trends
• Good eye for detail, ensuring a high standard of work and presentation
