Five miles west of the City you can find one of the last bastions of the old world; Billingsgate fish market. Running on centuries old rules with a complex system of traders and porters it's got the feel of a by-gone London. We nipped down for a 5am bacon & scallop roll a box of live eels and whilst we were there worded up top fishmonger Mike to show off our Dartmouth Pennys.
